MINIMUM BOOKING FEE
To secure Jodie's hairstyling services for your wedding date, there is a minimum booking fee for the day.

This ensures the full day is allocated for your special day and no other bookings.

Providing a calm and relaxed day, by having plenty of time to schedule services without being rushed.

Allows time for any late minute changes to the wedding schedule without time restrictions.

To accommodate additional time in the schedule for pre-ceremony photos, final touch ups and veil application to have you aisle ready!

If the hairstyling services required are lower than minimum of four services, the minimum service rate will be charged.

Security of the booking
The wedding date is secured for your special day with a service agreement contract and upfront deposit payment. This ensures the full day is allocated to Jodie as the sole hairstylist for your special day and no other bookings or stylists.

A wealth of over 20 years of industry experience, hair styling techniques with the combination of professional styling products and tools to create desired texture and long lasting results.

No hairstyle is rushed
I provide a calm and relaxed day, by being punctual, work efficiently and are calm under pressure. I allow 1 hour per service to ensure hairstyles are not rushed, prepped properly to each persons hair texture to last throughout the celebrations.

Extra Detailing
Included in the package is application of your own clip in or halo hair extensions, hair padding if required for up styles, cutting face framing pieces into shape and accessory placement.

Bridal Hairstyle Vision Document
A detailed document for the hairstyle vision, with information on how to prepare hair for the wedding day with a schedule of the morning preparations to send to the bridal party. It is all your questions answered in one place!

Final touch ups for aisle ready
The package has accommodated additional time in the schedule for touch up services to all before and after dressed for bridal robe and pre-ceremony photos. (I won't rush off before you are dressed!)

Bridal veil application
I stay and wait until you are dressed in your gorgeous gown to do a final touch up of your hair and apply your veil. I will demonstrate to the bridal party how to remove the veil without disrupting the hair for the reception.

Parking must be provided onsite. Parking fees will be applied.

May be applied for early start times and remote locations.

Will be applied for interstate and international weddings; and for NSW weddings with travel more than 4 to 6 hours.

CAR HIRE
Car hire may also be applied depending on access to the destination wedding location.

What is the timeline process?

Check for availabilty for your wedding date
Once you have read all the information provided on this website and you feel I'm a great fit as your hairstylist, complete the online booking form on the contact page to check availability. (Fingers crossed!)

Accept the quote (Step 1-3 to secure the date)
You will receive a response within 48 hours of your initial enquiry for availability. You will be sent a link to review your quote and additional notes provided. Accept the quote to start the process of securing the wedding date. I receive multiple enquiries for the same date so get in quick!

Sign the online service agreement (Step 2-3 to secure the date)
A link will be emailed to you to review the service agreement on what's expected from both the service provider (Jodie) and the (You) the client. Read over the information and sign to confirm you understand.

Pay the non-refundable deposit (Step 3-3 to secure the date)
Once the service agreement is completed an email is issued with details on arranging the deposit to secure the date. This small fee is taken from your quote to lock in the date for your wedding (I won't take any other bookings for the day).

Tax invoice issued
A tax invoice will be emailed to you to confirm that the deposit has been paid and the wedding date is confirmed YAY! It will outline the services for the day and the balance due one week prior to the wedding date.

Schedule a bridal hair trial
I will be in touch 4-6 months before the wedding date to advise of some dates I can do your hair trial based on your location.

Start your bridal hairstyle vision
When we have secured a trial date I will email you a link to a form to provide information for your hair trial. This information helps to prepare for the trial to achieve the desired result and to get an understanding of your own unique style.

Scheduling and final details for vision document
A few weeks before the wedding, I will send a link to a form for you to attach hair references for the bridal party members and any adjustments that need to be made for the day. I will add the information to the bridal hair vision document (hairstyle vision, trial notes, helpful guide on hair preparation and schedule) for you to email to the bridal party.

It's your wedding day!!!
Let the celebrations begin! I will arrive 15 mins before the first hair service to set up my work station, and work throughout the day to the scheduled timeframe so you are on time to say I-do.
