The minimum booking fee is set to secure my hairstyling services for the full day for your wedding date.

Once you have confirmed your quote, signed a service agreement and placed a deposit, services cannot be altered.

If you have family members or additional guests who may require services, it is best to leave them out of the initial agreement until confirmed. If there is a change of mind for the services; unfortunately, they cannot be removed on the day.

If you have family members or guests requiring services after the initial agreement, this is acceptable if the additional services work with the preparation schedule of the day. The extra services will be added to the invoice once confirmed.

Yes of course! If the hairstyling services required are lower than minimum of five services, the minimum day rate will be charged.

Yes. Signing the contract shows that you understand what is required of Jodie (Service Provider) to you in the process of the wedding journey and what is required of the you (The Bride).

5. The non-refundale deposit & invoice balance payments process

7. Natural disasters & medical pandemics policies

8. Marketing

The total cost of the booking is paid over 2 payments.

1. The non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding day.

2. The balance is due 7 days before the wedding day.

All payments are to be made via a bank transfer online or online using your credit card.

NOTE: The bridal hair trial is not included in the wedding date booking. It is an additional cost to be paid on the trial date.

Yes! This is a question that is asked during the inital enquiry if the bridal would like this service. It is an additional charge for the hairstylist to stay in the wedding destination location and to complete a touch up of the hairstyle or to restyle the hair into a second look.

The service rate for this option starts from $600 and varies on price depending on duration in the area location as it may include overnight accommodation. A quote will be provided for the additional service.

How many services I can deliver on the day depends on the ceremony time.

I work alone and not part of a hair team (no additional stylist) so parties of 8 or more for ceremonies before 4pm I cannot provide services.

I like to finish services 1.5 hours before the ceremony time. This allows time for touch-ups to bridal party, time to get dressed without being rushed, time for pre-ceremony photos with the bride party and time to travel to the ceremony location.

As a guide:

SERVICES: 5 (1 hour each) = 5 hours

START TIME: 7:30am

FINISH TIME: 1:30pm

CEREMONY TIME: 3pm
